It was one of a kind..very inspirational and yet make me wanna futher my PhD as soon as possible. WEHOOO!!! But for Godsake…!!! where is my thesis leading me. sigh. I’m currently on my way to finish up my writing and at the same time, running my unfinish business..my research. Ok..back to the title, this thin little blue book give a very unconditional information on little tiny significant act that result into major impact during the PhD especially if we’re futhering abroad.
Initially, he introduce the fear of pursuing PhD, the unforgettable memories of making decisions in taking the next step to be an excellent academicians. I admit this fear that some of us might experience when pursuing post graduate studies. However, he insist that, its normal if we feel that way because this will ensure that we will try to achieve as best as we could and bring back home not only valuable reseach and knowledge, but also the working culture of people in that particular country. He also stress the importance of showing good respect to the first and foremost, the ‘high rating’ supervisor, working / lab colleagues, staff of department and faculty. Its a no..no to give them a hard time because in the end we will suffer. Respect and helping each other as well as ‘ membodek secara halus’ is essential in keeping the success work into a reality.
Friends are the other important things in PhD. Building a network as big as possible is one of the way to get highly promoted or in the other hand, to support us and the journey will become more colourful and easier. He also said that golf is the way to build one. I think, not only golf but there’s so many other way. The scariest moment to get the Dr. title is of course during the viva thingy. Well…he manage to end his viva with flying colours and finish his PhD just within 32 months plus..he knows his external examiner. That was cool.. I think!. He even thought how to get to know your external examiner.
So…I should put ” futher my PhD abroad as my wishlist???” BTW, all I wanna say is good luck Prof. Dr. Muhd Kamil Ibrahim. You really inspires me.

hello excellent little blog site ya have here
I use the exact same template on my own website yet unfortunately for whatever odd reason it looks to stream speedier on this site despite the fact that yours consists of much more multimedia. Are you implementing any plug ins or widgets which quicken it up? Do you think you could possibly write about the titles so maybe I can use them on my own websites so twilight eclipse fans could watch twilight new moon online trailers and films more rapidly I’d personally be ever so grateful – cheers ahead of time
