I’ve been working with this stress topic for a while. Working in some sort of “high learning curve” job while maintaining deliverables up to the expected date or some kind of “this job will kill me one day” is stress. You know what i mean. and some time stress of work and staying alive will effect the relationship that we try to maintain and preserve.
There are few thing that can help relieve stress in relationship.
- know what cause of the problem, put in word or write it down.
- recognize when the stress is arise.
- relate the problem as feedback, or a way to know each other
- balance with life, be realistic that there are nothing perfect. “he/she will perfect me”
- know stress hit you by yourself. or support the other half.
Thinking that, we still learning how to live this life. Keep the relationship open for discussion, and accept the perfect imperfection.
